Bleached coral?

I got this coral yesterday, I was told that it is semi rare from what I consider a very reputable dealer. It is fully polyped, full skin, and no recession. Is it actually a white coral? The polyps are a very light blue.

Don't quote me on this but it looks like a bleached millie to me.
If it is polyp extension is a good sign and hopefully should recover.
