I have had a RBTA for about two years though it bleached about two months ago due to a change in lighting. It has now split? How long will it take to recover and regain some color and why would it split if it was bleached???

bta's are known to split when stressed, depending on how soon they get accustomed to your lighting will be when they color up, but unfortunately anemones that split through stress have a higher mortality rate, I'd cut down the photoperiod for a while until they start to heal up a bit, what lighting did you switch to and from, and how did you acclimate?

I put in a new bulb but it was a different brand. 10.000K actinic and it had problems right away. Should I feed it since it just split or wait a while. It has been two months since it bleached. Also, went through a heated water spell with our weather
