Bleached survivor nem.

Okay so I just ran water tests on both the DT and the RO/DI

DT :

PH 8.1
Nitrate 10
Ammonia .25
Nitrite 0
CA 400
Phos 0
SG 1.023
Temp 77-78

RO/DI:
7.4
Nitrate 0
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Phos 0
I can't test for chlorine, but considering this unit is specifically designed for chlorine/chloramine I would be blown away if they were much higher than 0.

I have already turned over all the water in the tank about 2 1/2 times since I got the RO/DI. I did a 100% water change about 4 days ago. Nothing has changed in the tank. I'm feeding the same thing at the same time as I always do. My lights are on the same schedule, and I ordered replacement bulbs just in case.

What is the level of the Sg and phos and NO3 when you mix and add the salts ? with the RO water ? Surly your PH level must be rising ? Do you use any buffer soloution in your tank to try and keep the PH stable. Anemones dont like Unstable PH levels.
I use Caribsea Aragamilk and it keeps my PH at a constant 8.3. Also i think your SG should be higher. I ruhn mine at 1.025 all the time.
What is the exact size of your tank and how much Live rock do you have ?
Do you use a skimmer and any filter media ? Do you have a sump ?
Your lighting seems fine but as you said have you changed it for new bulbs ?
Also on your DT reading you have Ammonia .25
How old is your tank ?
Do you use an auto top up unit on your tank or top it up with RO water as it drops so you SG does not raise ?
Also how often do you change your water and what exactly do you have in your tank fish wise ?
There are so many factors which can lead to an amenoe not doing well even if they are bleached this can greatly reduce there health.
Also if your Anemone is moving around all the time he has not found a place that he is happy with ? Your flow seems fine but you have not mentioned the size of your tank or maybe i am wrong and missed it ? EG waves maker of pump in regards to the size of your tank. I am fairly new to Marine but i have done a huge amount of reasearch over the last few weeks on Anemones.
Sorry for all the questions but the more information you givei find it is easier to try and help you find the underlying problem.

Thanks for the reply. I don't use any buffers, because the PH is constant. No fluctuations. I don't have an auto top off, but I do have two hands and a bucket that I use to top off the tank with water straight from the RO/DI. The SG is at the natural level of the salt I use. I keep it that way so that there is one less factor that could upset the stability of my water. I add the same amount of salt every time per the instructions.

It's a 55 gal with 65ish lbs of live rock. I'm running a 100 gal skimmer and a 100 gal hob filter. I ordered the bulbs, now I'm waiting for them to show up. It's been running for round about a year now. I do 10 gal water changes twice a month. I have four Golden Domino Damsels, and two clowns. Also, the nem seems to have settled in the spot he is in in the picture.

Well with any look hopefully he will settle down now. Mine has decided to go into a cave now and was moving in last night. This morning he was all the way inside. They have some crazy in them for sure.I cant see anything wrong with your water levels at all so you must have a mad one too lol. The only other thing i could think of off hand if his foot was damaged ? It can happpen in LFS sometimes.

Anyone else care to chime in? I got the bulbs today. Only time will tell if this will make a difference.

If your swapping in new bulbs you might want to do one at a time and wait a day or so as to not light shock him since he is bleached and upset. Just something to think about.

No buffer? Alkalinity is one of the more important reef parameters (more so than pH in most cases), most of your living ocean creatures depend on it. I would definitely check your alkalinity and make sure it is within range (too high is also bad). Other than that it will take months (a couple most likely) of proper water conditions to fully recover. Remember stability is key, if you keep temp, mag, alk, calc and NO3 stable with proper lighting the nem should have a bbetter than 50/50 chance of recovery.
