Bleaching of sps colonies?

I am totally puzzled guys,my values are as follows,Mg at 1350,specific gravity at 1.024,Ca at 460 and Alk is at 8.0 DKH. My temp stays between 78 to 79 and I am running a Ca reactor. Help? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

What lighting?how high you have them .lastly pics would help.

Lighting is MH 250 watts with T5,its a current fixture. The tank is a 225 gallon and it is 30 inch deep but lights are at least 12 to 20 inch high above the tank.
