I was told to bleach my tank caouse i can't find my problem can i get some info or how to do this progress and if it's safe to do pls

This is a very confusing---if you can't find your problem then why is bleach an answer---other then to create a big problem for you

Can you state some of the symptoms of what is happening in your tank.
