Blennies and gobies ftgh

Yesterday I aquired a few too many gobies and algae-eating blennies.
I do not have a big enough tank yet for all of them, so if you want some extra tank mates shoot me a line.
I live about 10 min east of Foster PX gate on 81, just south of AWASE golf course.

what kind do you have? Any pics, just want to make sure they are compatible with a sps tank. Since that is what i am setting up.

cool

cool

Well thats cool, well where are you planning on getting your tank? Are you getting it here. If you talk to AlexnLinda, he is a buddy that just got done building a refugium. He knows of a guy that has the tools to build the tank and can get the acrylic. If you are handy with tools then I would go that route, it is so much cheaper. I was quoted by a different guy on the island, but that guy was insane. that is why i got mine from that guy in arizona. My tank isn't long but wide, its dimensions are 48x30x24. What kind of tank are you looking at getting a reef or what? I am not going to have much fish but just a butt ton of sps and some lps's. I am a big coral fan. Building a reef tank is crazy expensive. Yea well I have a baby on the way as well too. Wood here is way more expensive then in the states. That is something to take into effect. Supplies here are more expensive to build a stand. Also if you are planning on having a big tank, I suggest you do some research on what equipment can help establish and maintain your tank ( i.e. protein skimmer, kalkwasser, calcium reactor, media reactors, what kind of filtration, water movement). Filtration and water movement are the two most important. I am probably beating a dead horse you probably already know it. can never have enough water movement in the tank. I have two hydor koralia 4's, mag 18 for sump return, and 2 wireless vortech's on the way. I still don't think that is enough, but the vortech's are expensive!!!

where they all in the same tank? I'll take 2 of each.. if the weather is good tomorrow I'll be at awase for 4.5 hours after that i could pick them up or maybe tonight. pm me..

I think I would like to build my own if I can't find a used one for a good price. I'm not quite sure if I can afford a coral tank, but I do find that just live rock in a tank looks quite dull in color.
I plan on having an ehiem and skimmer in the new tank.
Right now I have so much current in my small tank it looks like a toilet bowl.
I know that materials here are expensive ( I built my dog pen using 2x4s). They are better at the crafts shop on Kadena than out in town, though.

Devon, you need to give it some time and add some calcium.. once you start getting a nice coraline alage base going even just live rock will start looking real nice. right now all of my plastic, penductors and overflow, are all covered in coraline alage.. looks great. even for plastic.

OK, bret, got any pics... i dont quite understand what you are meaning. Where can I find calcium? I dont think the fish drink milk lol.

go with a 2 part calcium and alklinity. I use b ionic from ESV. I got the 2 gal from marine depot. Believe me you will use it fast if you go any smaller b/c you use quite a bit. Just follow the instructions and if you can add magnesium. Those 3 supplements are very good working together at getting your tank to explode.
