my algae blenny has always been eating algae off the back of my tank and perching on my rock. now he is on the ground with a very very thin stomach. i used to put nori in the tank but he never ever touched it at all. he seemed full withe the algae on the walls of my tank. there is still algae there but now he is straving! please help

there isn't a lot to go off of here. do you feed anything else to the tank? does he eat anything else when you feed? if the algae on the back of the tank is just the normal green coating that you get on the glass, that is not enough food if he's not eating anything else. the one i had ate mysis, flake and pellets along with algae.
are any other fish having problems? any physical signs of sickness other than skinny?

i used to try to feed him anything i could to vary his diet...he only ate hair algae and the green/brown stuff on my tank..he had a full belly. he died fri morning...kinda spazzed out nd flew into my anemone (took me forever to get him out of that darn thing). its a shame...he was really cool
