Blind sweetlips after ich?

After a severe outbreak of ich (Cryptocaryon irritans) in my 275 gallon FOWLR tank, rapidly killing a newly introduced Majestic Angelfish, my large French Angel (P. paru) that I've kept for many years, a few tangs and other fish in my tank, it now looks like I've saved my other tangs by removing the few remaining fish from my tank and performing the tank transfer method...

Unfortunately my other favorite fish, besides the paru, a large Harlequin sweetlips, now seems blind after its ich and/or eye infection. :-(

He's not reacting on food at all. Do you think he can recover and get his sight back?

A secondary (bacterial) infection is common after a bout with Crypto. Is it just one eye or both? You probably need to treat him with antibiotics ASAP. Depending upon the condition of the eye, it might still be savable (or it might already be too late). Sorry to hear of your losses. :(
