Bloated clown, trpuble swimming

I wrote about my new Picasso a few days ago. He was having a little trouble swimming then but now he stays at the top of the tank. He is extremely bloated. Belly is round like a beachball. Idk how much longer he is going to make it. What can I do right now?

Infection of the air bladder. They don't usually make once they've gone this far.
