Any special needs this particular fish requires? I have had mnie over a yr. and has just suddenly stopped feeding. Been feeding a combo of meaty and green foods. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Mine loves nori.. you could always offer it 24/7 and hope. watch to see if he has white stringy feces, it could be a bacterial iinfection. Anything new to the tank?

Is he getting too long for your tank and stressing?

If he is in a 92g corner tank. its too small for him. I got my blonde naso when he was may be 2.5 inches long, in about 6 months he is about 6 or 7 inches long and growing.

Thats what I was edluding to, whats the length of a 92-corner 3 or 4 feet?
So to answer the orginal posters question, "are there any special needs" I would say one of them is a 6' tank at a bare minimum. I really want a Naso, but I think he would outgrow my 180-gallon.

No actually he is in my 260G, and he is only 5inches long. No new changes lately, just the addition of a small Mckoskers wrasse. Normally he eats Nori, however I do purchase mine from the Asian market due to eat it being cheaper. Could there be a difference between that and the Nori that is marketed for our use? I have been feeding this for about 8months without a problem. Everything is normal and stable in the tank.. So confused at this point.

I have one that is extremely healthy through three years. While I feed the tank with assorted frozen foods...squid, octopus, clams, mussels...he doesn't eat any of the frozen stuff.

He exclusively eats Nori that I buy from the Asian Grocery...but also loves pellet foods that I toss in every now and then. He doesn't prefer it, but sometimes I hide brown/red algae in the clip with the green. They try to eat around the brown/red, but get some of it unintentially. I figure the variety is good for them.

So...that's how I keep mine healthy. Good luck.

Thats the thing, mine eats tons of the Nori daily like a slob! He is my center piece fish and dont know what I will do if I lost him. I cant remember the last time I lost a fish because of health. This sucks

How long has it been stop eating? Is it the only tang? b/c sometimes it would get lazy with no competetion. Not suggested to add more tang...lol..
