Blonde naso tang stopped eating

I have a 5-6 in blonde naso tang in my 210 reef and he suddenly stopped eating and acting a little different. i have had him for almost 2 years and he is usually a pig and will eat out of my hand and even bit me. He started out sat just not eating as much. on sunday he stopped eating and is hanging out in the same spot in the tank. He stays just in front of the yellow tangs home and the yellow was trying to push him out but it doesn't bother him, (he will even push back at the yellow. He looks perfect even though i haven't see him eat since sat. (except under the blue lights i could see a light film of something on his lips on sunday) Could he have got stung by a coral while grazing?

Also Nasos are known to just start eating on occasions and could be a possibility the frags could have brought something in with it.

With blonde nasos I would normally attribute it to cyanide poisoning from being collected, but two years of health is too long. I hope he starts eating again soon.

Got home from work and he is looking thin. i soaked some nori and frozen food in garlic and he still wont eat. I don't see anything wrong with him other than being a little skinny and he seems like he want the cleaner shrimp to clean his underbelly but wont let them.
I have a qt tank but not sure if or when he should go... could he have a intestinal problem?

So last night he ate a little flake food soaked in garlic and this morning he ate a little more. He even came up to my wife for food this morning. Still not eating like before but its a improvement.

Ive been watch him from work on my tank cam and he seem to be swimming around more and seems to have taken the yellows home from him. i will see how he eats later and decide if he needs to go qt
