Hey guys,
I have a 250 watt MHL over my 54g corner open top reef tank. I've been running a 20K bulb over it for the past year. I just picked up a new 14K Phoenix bulb to go over it. I plan on changing the bulbs first thing in the morning when everything is shut off. My question is: Is there any thing i need to do before changing bulbs? I've heard that i want have a prob. in switching them out. I've also heard that i need to raise up my light for a couple days or even not run my lights but a couple hours a day until the tank adjusts to the new bulbs. I just dont' want to harm my corals. What should i do? Thanks
