Blue 6 leg starfish?

Hello everyone,
The other day while admiring my tank (and the lack of red slime, finally), I noticed patch of blue fuzz. At first I thought it was just some type of algae since I am still new and learning, but as I looked closer it was moving slowly across the live rock. It looked to be maybe 1/2 in diameter (dont know how would explain their size). Has anyone ever seen this type of creature? Is it good or bad to have for someone who is hopeful of starting a reef aquarium?

A couple of other critters I am worried about are the Aiptasia, what appears to be a see thru worm (small in size and I only saw it for a few seconds when the star fish crawled by it), and I am hoping the stems that are growing are featherdusters, but I will post pictures when I can get a decent shot with them (I have a terrible digital camera). I have also seen one or two snails in my tank, one has a pure white shell, the other is a dark gray, but rarely moves.

For right now my two concerns are the star fish, the snails that I have no idea what type they are, and the Aiptasia (which is spreading like wildfire).
