Blue Acro with iPhone 4S

How can I get a halfway decent pic of this thing using my old iPhone 4S? Every time I try to get a decent pic of it, it turns out way too dark. It actually has blue AND green polyps but you couldn't tell by the pic. I've even tried to adjust it in Photoshop.

the only way i have been able to take decents pic is to turn my white lights all the way up and my blues down... otherwise it always came through dark

Iphones cant handle blue leds well if those are LED.

or low light high contrast UV effects.

use a DSLR

maybe put a white piece of white paper or reflective surface against the glass to act as a reflector to fill in the bottom of the corals shadowing
