Blue Anthellia (but not) ID - totally stumped (pic)

I believe they're sansibia flava. A lot of these have been coming into the Bay Area for the past few weeks.

I have seen sansiba before, and it does not really close - these polyps close up enitirely to the point where you cannot see them

Second look they're different than what I've got.
How big are the polyps?
Atlantis and RandyO have them IDed as clavularia.
Mind if I ask where you got them?

Found them in LA - polyps are smaller and shorter than sansiba, and do not move, even in heavy flow. I think it is probably a type of clavularia, albeit a very small and cool colored one.
