Blue Damsel with bloat?

I thought my Blue Damsel passed a week ago since I had not seen him and I never found a body. Yesterday he came out of hiding in the rock and its entire body is swollen to the point of the scales looking translucent and protruding from the sides. There have been no livestock additions in a long time but I am fighting a cyano issue after my skimmer overflowed and dumped back into my sump. Is it too late to save this fish? Any ideas where to start?

Perhaps start by researching swim bladder disorder. It also could be intestinal blockage. Post a pic if you can.

Sorry to come back to this so late. The fish continued to act timid for a few days, and then I didn't see it again so I assumed it was dead. Yesterday I was doing standard maintenance and I scared it out of its hiding spot and it's all normal appearing now. I guess a few days and a good "movement" will do wonders.
