Blue Haddoni - Picture

So I bought this Blue Haddoni, I paid what I think is a premium for it but I haven't see one that was this blue in a long time. I'm hoping it looks just as good in person but we will see.

I wanted a blue and was going to order one from aquacon but the "blueness" of it is kind of a crap shoot.

What do you guys think of this blue?

Here's my new blue. Got it on Sunday. Apologies for the poor picture quality.

Care and health count a lot in term of how nice an anemone look.
Here is the same anemone when I first got him and currently several years later.

OrioN that is quite a before and after! I didn't order this from Aquacon, it came from Pacific East Aquaculture which is only a few hours away so the short distance helps shipping.

I posted the picture because I haven't seen many "neon" blue and was hoping for feedback from the group. I know care can influence color quite a bit but not all can color up the way yours did. A lot of the blues are really a blue/green body with very blue tips and a blue upper/outer rim.

dude, not to be rude but please focus on the CONใ€€part and forget about the AQUA part of AQUACON

like CONedison, there's no edison but just CON left

I appreciate the feedback but I didn't post this to discuss the vendor. Just blue haddoni carpets. Like I said, I did not order this from them, it came from another vendor. I know they get bad feedback. That wasn't the point.

I am wondering how often folks see this neon blue tips on blue body coloration.

That anemone looks nice. I am sure he will look a lot better once you take good care of him and provide bright light for him. Haddoni stay around the tidal zone so they can take a lot of light. IME more light result in much better color. I have never over light a Haddoni or Gigantea and I have a lot of light

I am quite fond of that blue Haddoni. He may not the most expensive animal I got but he is one of the best looking animal in my tank

wow on the Aquascam website they are selling medium RBTAs for $120.00? I can get them all day long at my LFS for under $75.00 with no shipping cost.

Awesome pic! Is that a purple haddoni too? Man, that blue is a real beauty, they both/all 3 are.

That's a very nice blue, I hope it's really neon blue for you. Good luck!

Worst part is, they'll probably send you a majano, I wish I were joking. Also if it comes DOA/wrong animal, which the likelihood is really high, good luck getting a refund or another animal shipped.
