Blue hippo seems to be freaking out

I purchased a blue hippo tank close to 2 months ago as a small baby. It's about 2 and a half inches long. Currently in a 20 long. However I am about to upgrade to a 40 g. I understand how bug the fish get and will be selling him off once he gets too big. But my problem is he keeps freaking out. Pacing along one side of my tank really fast, not eating much an seems very stressed. I took him out I'd hypo about a week ago do to ick from introducing him into the tank too fast. But now he is looking perfectly healthy, just keeps freaking out. Any ideas on the problem here?

We recommend no less than a 180 gallon aquarium for this type of fish. I'd highly recommend finding a new home for this fish, and looking into some fish that would fit your (upcoming soon?) 40 gallon aquarium. I had him in hypo for 2 and a half months. No spots have re appeared for 2weeks now. Thanks. And I appreciate the concern aquaph8 but as you probably could see I got my answer before your expertise decided to comment. My best advice to you would be to learn some stuff about not feeling entitled to have to pitch in your advice when someone before you already beat you to it. To everyone else thank you for the input I will gladly find my tang a new home.
