Blue Hippo Tang from Live Aquaria Sick. Need ID...

I have him and 7 other fish I ordered from Live Aquaria. All in an independent QT. I've had them since about May 8th. So roughly 4 weeks. Noticed this just less than a week ago.

Only the blue tang is broke out. He's also rubbing against PVC like crazy. More so than a fish with ICH would I believe. Doesn't look like ICH at all and it's currently in one spot. I'm sure it will spread. Can anybody ID this? Would like to start TX ASAP.

Hope it's not Velvet, kinda looks like it could be the beginning stages.

Appears to be velvet, and based on the time line that would be consistent. Be glad you quarantined.

Indeed...I qt everything that goes into my tank.

Yeah, looked kinda like velvet because it's slightly brown.

He's Rubbing on pvc like crazy.
