Blue hippo tang has round growths on tips of dorsal fin

Any idea what this could be? I'll try to get pics of it. Ive had it for a couple months now and he was fine until iI bought a sailfin tang and a bicolor cleaner and didn't qt it. That's about when I noticed this. Also I believe the bicolor cleaner was a false cleaner. It would nip/eat flesh off the tang between the body and pectoral fins. I've since removed the bicolor.

Just by the description it sounds like lympho... if you can rub it off gently then it is.

Just wanted to update. I believe it was lymphocystis. The fish has since cleared up. Thank you everyone for their responses.
