I purchased a medium size Blue tang about 2 weeks ago and its "ok" in my tank desease wise cept he wont eat nothing, i feed sea vegies to him every day, i got this little clip with some sea veggies and i used garlic extreme and nop he just swims right by it normaly, he has gotten extremly light wated and all he really does is not chase but go after my spanish hog slowly to play around with it, what do you gys think i should do i dont want the poor lil guy to die.

No QT I take it?

Feed him whatever he'll eat - brine, krill, mysis, pellets, whatever it takes - to build his strength back up.

You can continue offering the seaweed though in case it ever cathes on to it

Try New Life Spectrum Marine pellet or Kent Platinum ChromaxXtreme pellet and soak them in Selcon and Vitachem. You can also add Vitachem directly to the tank to keep the little guy going. My Hippo & Yel Tang loves the pellets besides the frozen food. Also soak nori with Selcon & Vitachem in case it eats.

I've been doing this since 8/23 (battling ich) and they fine and fat now.

Frozen Formula Two soaked in Zoe... works for me pretty well. Dory goes nuts over that thing

have you tried anything else besides that?

Just to clarify for some i dont mean he takes the food and sorta spits it back out cause he doesnt like it, he completly ignores all food of all kinds even with garlic extreme i swear its like he is thinking "Hmm eat or play around with spanish hog? i choose play"
