Blue Hippo with head and lateral line disease

My hippo has Marine head and lateral line disease. I really want to fix this because i want to move him in to my bigger tank and i want him to look nice. I also dont want him to suffer anymore. Is there anything i can do for this fish. PLEASE HELP!!!

It would be a good idea to tell us about your water parameters and what are you feeding that fish?

Ok i will get to the water parameters but i think my main problem is that i am using a filter that usually goes on a freshwater tank. I feed him flakes, pellets, nori, and lettuce.
