Well I'm glad it worked that fast I just fed some mysis shrimp but by the time he came out there was only a few pieces left that he ate so I put some spirulina flakes and he ate a bunch

The venom could be a posibillty I never thought about it but I do see the fox and her get into it at times

I think you'd know if this was the cause. It isn't subtle.

I agree with Robin...the fish would be pretty much paralyzed for at least several minutes had it taken a hit from the foxface.

Maybe it happened when I wasn't there. What are the symptoms for a foxface sting on another fish? Just curious now that we talked about It

Sorry about the late response, one problem may be thet the trigger isn't getting enough protein as well. Flake food isn't really going to sustain a trigger and I would see if you can start putting some meat on her bones by feeding some meaty seafoods. I would get some fish, shrimp, clam, scallop, or other meaty seafood and make some fish food, mince the seafood or use a food processor and freeze with a little water, I also add vitamins and garlic to the mash as well.

Do you have a recipe that I could use for the trigger.. When I feed clams, mysis or live brine she takes to long to come out an get food, she usually only gets a few . But when I put flakes she goes crazy and gets the lions share. So how could I add that extra protien for the trigger since she seems to like flakes more
