blue long tentacle?

anyone know where you can find info or a place to buy one of these bad boys? maybe im not a genious but I cannot for the life of me find anything about these and i know they exist....shouldnt be this hard!!

I have never seen one. The closest I have seen is a bleached purple one.

Have seen blue Haddonis and Gigs, but not LTAs

I came across one and got it, but it never set foot, may have been injured on collection, or may have had probs from either being dyed or bleached.
I found one other person who had a blue LTA, and theirs turned more tan/beige as many seem to do.
My green LTA turned tan, but kept green highlights, and I think that is common in LTA's, that they keep some color, but mainly a tan/beige base color.

This is the one I had.
It was even more blue at purchase, and that faded soon.
I'm pretty sure they are dyed to exagerate their color, or that's the opinion of me and others I've talked to.

really? they have a purple one at my LFS.... they want $180 for a medium sized one. They got a blue one in 2 weeks ago and it sold literally five minutes after they put it out. I would be interested in getting one but the consensus sounds like they are dyed to look blue. If anyone feels differently about this please speak up.

$180 for a purple sounds a bit high, we get medium size here for about $60, and large(dinner plate) for $100
Don't get me wrong on those, they will still look pretty, but usually get more beige, w/ purple highlights.
I did happen to check quality marine's list last night and saw a blue and yellow LTA listed, but no pic.
QM is a great facility, and I trust their collectors.
