blue neon goby is hosting my clam

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my neon goby trying to host my clam. Poor thing trys to open but the goby keeps pestering it. Any suggestions?

How long has this been doing on? I am hoping the clam adjusts and just lets the bigger sit there, most clams will get used to certain frequent things.
