Blue Planet: Seas of Life "Coral Seas" only about 1/3 though it but if the last 2/3s is as good as the first it's well worth the watch.

It's playing right now for me, DirecTv so I got a 3hr jump start for all your Cable TV people, so it'll be on at 8pm, if you have satellite it'll repeat again at 9pm.

It's really worth the watch.

Any idea on how they got the growth shots, or how long they were shot over?

Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks for the heads up. Saw it and it and it was great.

Kinda got disturbed with the show's seamless transitions of from video to CGI and vice-versa. I can't tell the difference. I mean, how do I really know the time-lapse photography was not CGI?

Anyhow, great show.

I'm pretty sure the only CGI stuff was of the close ups of the coral larva.

I loved how that crown of thorns got totally owned by that crab though!

The other 3 DVDs in the series are all awesome as well. I highly recommend this. The cinematography is just phenomenal.

D.
