I have 3 blue chromises in my 75gal for over 3 years, and they are fine. However, I would skip on the saifin tang. For the bluethroat trigger, I don't know much about them. Just one thing they may eat your snails.
i would skip on the sailfin as they get quite large, maybe stick to a smaller tang (chevon, kole, any zebrasoma). I would also skip on the trigger. My crosshatch (similar to the blue throat) ate all my chromis. The chromis would be good to add.
I had a single blue reef chromis for about 8 months before I lost it to a power outage and it was fine. You should be good with 3 - 4 of them in your 90.
Again, I wouldn't do either the Sailfin or the Bluethroat. I considered both too, just they get too big quickly and the tank won't provide them enough swimming area.
I have a single blu reef chromie in my 90 gallon for 3 years. He was one of the orginal fish in my tank. Definitly don't put any trigger or salfin tang in your tank.
The chromis are the only thing missing from my tank. I'm planning to add a couple as soon as I can find some big enough to handle my cranky diadema dottyback
