Blue Ring Angel

I've noticed something on one of the fins of the blue ring. It has a white fuzzy look to it and its only on one fin. The fish is new to the tank.

Picture will help id, if possible. Sounds like it could be Lympho. I was experiencing that when I had my Kole Tang.

If it is lymph the only cure is enriched, varied diet with good water quality... Always caused by stress
