Blue sapphire damsel, PITA or 'peaceful'

I'm trying to find a grouping of small, blue or green fish to round out the fish list from an aesthetic viewpoint. I've done the chromis king of the mountain thing before and want to *try* and avoid carnage again... But besides chromis and damsels I come up short.

Has anyone had any luck with groupings of the sapphire blue damsel? LA calls it peaceful, but it is a damsel...

This is for a 100g 48x30x16

hey I just bought one! Unfortunately, I don't have experience with schools of them, but the blue damsels at my LFS seemed peaceful. There were 3 blue damsels swimming around together along with other misc.

Are you just trying to find shoaling fish? You could try spotted cardinals (also called pajama cardinals) because they're more peaceful. Anyway, hope u find ur answer!

I have a pair of yellowtail damsels in a 120 that get along just fine for almost a year now. I just made sure to get one that was larger than the other.

I am assuming we are talking the Springer's damsel? (also goes by sapphire). They are more peaceful than most damsels. I have had a few, never bothered a thing.
