Blue spot Jawfish

Hi all

I have a blue spot jawfish about 6 - 8 weeks now
He has always been a little nervous around tank mates
Feeding time is stressful.

Today he has changed from his normal cave entrance and is looking very out of sorts.
His head and front is holding colour but his back half blue spots are fading.
He is Just lying their and not his perky self.

Has anyone any idea what could be the issue.

Temp is 24.7 c

Water levels are good.
Any surgetions would be great.
