Blue spotted diamond ray??

What's the official name of this ray? Has anyone seen these for sale anywhere? LFS or online store? If so, how much?

I used to have one. They are hardier than the ribbontails.
I picked mine up from a LFS for $100.

That video was awesome.
Dang, $100? I think my LFS doesn't know what's doing. This one's wingspan is about 15 inches, would size make it worth more money? (obviously) But it was sold to me for $75

If you are housing the ray in your 150, you'll need to upgrade soon.

Haha, I did. About 3 months ago to a 300. How big do they get?

the disc can reach up to about 24 inches., you figure, they need more than 2 times their disc width in moving room in a tank, so minimum width of a tank should be 48 inches, but that would be the super bare minimum IMO. I still think its best to keep rays in ponds vs. tanks because of the circular shape.

Actually the Blue spotted Ribbontail is much harder to keep than the Bluespotted (D. kuhlii) is.
