Blue stag died

Over the last three days my blue stag began to loose some flesh starting with two small spots. Now it's completely dead. Same things happening to my green slimer. Any ideas?

78 degrees F, 8.2ph, 0 nitrite nitrate and ammonia, and 1.024-1.025 salinity

What about phosphates, alk and mag.
How long has the tank been set up ?

Phos alk mag ca if they are not stable this will happen as well as your tank being young
