I know brittle stars liek to hide some, but i have not seen mine for days. Reef tank, 60 gallons, two clown fish, a wrasse, and royal gramma. stable conditions, good circulation. general clean up crew. put the star in and it stayed on top of the rock for a day. over the next day it went under the rocks and now I can only barely spot it at all and the color does not seem to be vibrant blue at all. more grayish.
I cannot really reach it easily. Any tips? advice? The hiding and or possible color change normal?
