Hello guys I've ran into an issue I have one Blue star leopard wrasse and I ordered another one but came in was shy but was eatting and really doing good swiming with the other fish that came in the order Pygmy Wrass.

3 weeks later he's gone and my skimmer is going nuts. Same thing happend to my friend that ordered 2 also from DFS.

What issue can there be i was Forsure thinking after 3 weeks eatting mutiple times a day and swimng around it would be fine?

Leopards are notorious for coming in with internal worms; so even if they are eating, they may still not be getting the nutrition they require.

Even if I got it from live aquaria ? They deworm and when I get them i feed brine that have prazi pro in them ?

Even DD leopards can still come with worms. I got a trio from them last year and while the two females are good, the male just lost weight (even though eating 'well') and eventually never emerged from the sand one morning.

I believe my leopards came in with worms too.. All had long stringy poop, got skinny although eating cyclops and pods, and succumb. Didn't do well with prazi either. Just my luck with leopards. Although beautiful, I am not sure I want to try them again. It's a heart break.

Im going to give it another shot ive had pretty good luck as far as this one shipment. I personally love the original one I have by far my favorite fish.

Any better way to treat it for worms?
