Blue Tang Sick HELP !

Hey i recently bought a blue tang i have had it for around 3-4 days. He has been fine but i noticed yesterday that he had a few little white dots on him. What are these white dots? is he sick ? i tried to take pics but he moves to fast heres the best pic i got that shows some what of these dots.

Tangs are prone to ick, so that is probably what it is. Don't panic, but DO read up on as much as you can about it. You will find a 100 different opinions. I just cured a purple tang that had ick. I used hypo salinity,

If you choose this method, I can explain what I did further, but it was involved so you could just pm me. If you do try this, always lower and raise your salinity slowly, very slowly. I did mine over days and days. .001-.002 per day , no more
