Blue tang with white patches

I have a blue tang and at first I thought it had ich so I put treatment in and spots went away but new ones came back and are bigger they are easy to see it has a couple big patches and other some are just spots what is this?

Not too much of a help, but looks to me like Lymphocystis

It does look like Lymphocystis from the picture but Regal Tangs are so susceptible to ich theres a chance it could be ich due to a fail treatment and such. To determine we would need to know what your treatment was like and her current behavior. Any scratching, flashing, rapid breathing?

I used kordon copper aid and she gets scared easily and I have seen her scratch but not much and her breathing is normal

Did you tested the copper level and kept it stable for 4 weeks? I wouldn't risk it sounds like she still have ich. I recommend reading up on Tank transfer method and going that route. Copper is very harsh and a pain because of having to constantly test. with TTM it would only take 12 days.

Copper is also one of the most common triggers for Lymphocystis.
