Blue throat lost of appetite

So my blue throat I've had for about month all of a sudden lost his appetite and developed cloudy eye. You guys think prazi-pro would be appropriate for this type of situation? I'm guessing he stopped eating because of the flukes?

Cloudy eye isn't a typical symptom of Flukes. It's more typical of a bacterial infection.

Is this fish in the DT or QT? If you suspect Flukes, you could do a f/w dip to confirm it.
