Blue Wave 7 Dual Ballast - Repair

I have a Blue Wave 7 Dual Ballast that needs repair. One of the ballast has conked out and I only have power to one of my MH's. Is there a local place in Miami that repairs this type of equipment? Thanks.

Price a new replacement before fixing the old. Electronic ballasts have become very affordable, and repair could be almost as expensive as replacement.

check that there is power to the ignitor and capacitor or try swapping them out one by one on the working ballast. If the core is bad see if there's a model number on it and search ebay. As far a where to get parts locally I don't know
