BLueline 40 pump question

Part I: So in the process of relocating my sump in the basement, and cleaning out the return pump, I think I may have lost an internal part to the pump. it's a Blueline 40 pump, and I think I lost a little washer that goes on the front end of the ceramic rod. I started the pump up after getting replumbed and it makes a pretty bad mechanical rubbing noise.

Part II: Anyone know where to get parts for these pumps?

I think panworld and blueline are made by the same manufacturer. You can check the panworldamericas website, there is also a customer service number.

Thanks, I Macgyvered a solution by using a small plastic flanged washer. Seems to work for now - I'm pretty sure the flat side of the impeller was rubbing on the impeller housing. Anyways, I'll give Pan World a call about parts.
