I am in the process of setting up a new 30 gallons breeder tank with Live Rock and would like to know what's the best way to start and stabilzed the tank before entering the live rock? Any help appreciated. :bounce1:

I know it won't seem like much help but read the stickies at the top of this forum. Tons of information in this area.

you want to put the live rock in first. Putting it in after cycling may cause another cycle.
