Hello everyone!

Just cycled my saltwater tank and it looks good to go. Wondering if there are good publications written on saltwater Aquariums. I know that "The New Marine Aquarium" by Paletta is a bible in this area, as well as "The Conscientious Marine Aquarist" by Frenner. But these seminal works are published more than a decade ago. Certain sections such as on equipment might be outdated. Thus, looking to check if there are any recommendations which are written in recent years and of good quality:)

And don't forget our freebie 'book' above, in the stickies: SETTING UP, which is continually updated.

Books by Anthony Calfo. (for relative newcomers) For more experienced folks, two books I highly recommend are:

Fish Disease: Diagnosis and Treatment by Dr. Edward J Noga.

Captive Seawater Fishes: Science and Technology by Dr. Stephen Spotte

While not the easiest reading, they are both superb.

Went to the lib last weekend

Picked these up.
Animal planet. Salwater aquariums. By david e boruchowitz
Natural reef aquariums by john h. Tullock
The marine reef aquarium by philip hunt.
And my fav so far.

The NEW encyclopedia of tbe saltwater aquarium by greg jennings

Reef Invertebrates by Calfo/Fenner. So much more than just inverts. That book was my bible for my first 2 years in the hobby. Calfo and fenner have fallen out with each other and newer editions only say calfo.
