Borrow a TDS

Cool, if either of you are going to be at troy's anytime soon let me know. i would come and get it tomorrow, but my insurance company is coming sometime tomorrow to inspect my damage and i can't be gone. if someone would like to bring one out, i have a small blue tort frag they could have. i just can't be gone tomorrow, but need to figure some chemistry out on my day off. does that make sense?

Maybe, just give me a call before you head out. I'm really not in a hurry now because there isn't a whole lot I can do during the week. So if you were going to make a special trip out to Republic just for that, maybe you could just hold off and I could meet you up at Fish's Saturday morning if that would work. I'll still hook you up with a frag of the blue tort for letting me borrow it. If for some reason you are coming out this way and I'm still at work, I might be able to meet you at work, or just drop it off at Troy's if you didn't mind. Otherwise, we can just wait until the weekend and you can see my tank if you want to drive all the way out here. Thanks again!

Thanks Josh for letting me borrow the TDS meter. Guess what, that water I had you test was just regular tap water my wife had out to water our plants. I tested the DI unit I have, and I have 0ppm on it. That's awesome!!!! Everyone should just invest in a culligan DI unit. $147 per 4,000gals or 6mts, which ever comes first. Then they come out and replace it, you write them the check for $147, then see them again in 6mts. Best of all, there is no waste water. So, it looks like my tds is 0 which rules out some questions I had.

Thanks again!!
