made mistakes several times and they took care of it. Ordered wrong size of pellets and they just sent me a new one free of charge. Company like this, I gotta respect. Customer care is what matters to them.

I bought live fish from them (live aquaria) and they came awesome. EI was losing faith in online live fish purchases but the shipment from live aquaria made me rethink. Each fish was individually bagged and the bags were big with lot of water in it. Above all, the fish looked fat and healthy. It seems like dr. fosters and smith is an extraordinary one and they are awesome to do business with.

well, if you want to have worst experience of your life then I recommend Bluezooaquatics. lol. Handsdown..........The bags will have little to no water and will arrive dead with its tail or head missing.
