Give Steve a call at Continental Carbonic 323-1626. He sometimes has used 20# tanks for about $60. Better call quick as I will be there Thursday and buy all he has =-}

Try Airgas in Birmingham. They have used CO2 bottles and can refill

Sorry Mark. I had a super busy day and could not get to the PM in time. I just got out of a meeting which came after class, which came after pre-class prep, grading papers, etc. I am glad to see that you scored one.

thank you also..i understand how busy life can be sometimes...i couldnt find anywhere in town that will fill them,so i just bought one from airgas and i can exchange it when i need a refill..i thaught they filled them but they dont...from what they told me they get them filled i guess...well thanks everybody for looking out anyway...

cool...sonds good,probably do that a few times so i can keep this bottle for a while,caus its actually in good shape,nice and shiny..then ill swap it so dont have to get it tested or whatever....

AirGas is the best way to go in my experience. Get a 20lb(they have buttloads of 20s, but not many 5 or 10lbs) bottle and just exchange it every year. The Alabaster store is very friendly.
