Which cleaner/fish is best for cleaning/eating all the food that drops to the bottom?

gobies do a great job. my hermits, and nassarius vibex snails take care of the rest.

Yellow Watchman Gobies, or any of the clown gobies will do. Blennies are pretty awesome too. Our bi-colored blenny is by far the greatest blenny ever. He's got a big ol' blenny smile and a good personality.
