Bought some nice Purple Mushrooms

Shrooms are in the eye of the beholder. I personally like them, but wouldn't put them in a full blown sps tank unless I could control the multiplication.

As for your purple shrooms turning green, are they fully open and green? I have some shrooms that are purple when fully open, blue most of the time, and a teal green when closed. They might go back to their purple once settled in

I think I can control the mushrooms. They pull off pretty easy. The zoas are a problem in the making.

I bought my shrooms and they looked red in the store, now they are all green under my lights. I kept asking myself which ones I bought, and I have an earlier picture of them being red under my old lights (2x39w T5 and a 96w PC) and now green under my current light 250w MH 20k.

When they shrink up, they are a pretty bright green, but fully open they are a light shade of green.

I wish I could get shrooms to multiply like everyone says. I can't get them to do anything for me.

just keep shrooms isolated on a rock and ive never had issues keeping controle of them
