bowfront or standard rectangle?

i'm currently looking to get a big tank and my stuck between two. one is a bowfront 155g and the other is the standard rectangle 210. any opinions on which one i should? i like the look of the bowfront but i don't mind the standard. i've read that bowfronts have a distorted views. opnions/prefernce anything goes a long away... hopefully when i get either one i'll remember start a new thread on the build

I have a 90 gallon bowfront and even though I love it, it does have its challenges like lighting placement and options for proper flow. You can make it work though.
I would base your decision on where you plan to place the tank.

I have a 26 bowfront and it sucks trying to clean the front glass with Algae magnets. Because of the curve it only really cleans in a left to right motion where the flat sides I can go in any direction. Also making a screen top sucked, I just ended up using the command strip hooks on the outside trim but after a year of taking it off and on the screen has broken and it is time to replace it.

it's going to be in the living room. the lighting challenges that you mentioned is it sunlight or tank lights? both would be an easy fix for me.

mav cleaning wise, unfortunately, i have unlimited time due to an illness :/ i'll spend all day cleaning a spec. just i need something to do. thanks for the advice appreciate it. if i find way to clean the tank i'll pass it on haha
