Bowl Feeding Help

I have an almost 3" crocea. Can someone tell me the proper way to bowl feed them DT's. It will be in a container of about 1 quart of tank water. How much DT's do I put in? Couple of drops, tablespoon,etc?

Just enough to slightly color the water. When the water clears us it's done eating.

How often should I do this?

Not a lot of experience with this bit I think 2-3 times a weeks.
