what part do i need to get the turbelle attached to the magnet holder?

You need either 6080.230 or 6200.230, the 6200.230 was the later version and is more secure, both would work but I would get 6200.230.

as per my LFS, they havent been able to get any in.
any idea how i can order one? i'm in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

This is a rough time of year for stock levels, the factory was closed up until last week and the first shipments will start leaving this week. Usually everyones stock levels are very low until February. I would try contacting xenia (distributor).
