Hello everyone, I have an inquiry pertaining to my two brains. One is showing some alarming discoloration. The other has something going on, I'm not sure what it is.. Been doing a lot of googling with no results.
Parameters:
SG: .24-26
KH: 10.8
PH: 8.0
Temp: 76-79
Trite: 0
Trate 5-7 :sad1:
Ammonia: > .25
Calcium: 420-500
Phosphorus: .03
Magnesium: no clue
I use Salifert test, I use a digital ph/ppm pen for ph, and a good Refractometer. I Haven't acquired a Mag test yet.
40g sump, skimmer, Chemipure elite, four 64w 50/50 Power Compacts, 1050gph Powerhead.
I have removed 90% of live rock twice, ( Problem fish last Monday, Goby moved to QT today ). Stress maybe..? Bleaching?
Iv'e had the smaller brain 3 weeks, and the bigger 2 weeks. Could anyone shed light on the scientific name of these beauty's. I haven't been able to ID them.
Ideas? Please share your knowledge with me, I am new to the hobby. Thank you.
